Do I need to provide photos or videos?
Not for the Starter or Growth plans — we use licensed travel photography. For Reels on the Growth and Premium plans, you record a short clip (15–30 seconds on your phone) and we edit, caption, and produce it. For Premium, we can also use stock video.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
All plans are monthly with no long-term contract. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days notice.
How do I approve content before it goes live?
We send a content calendar and all posts for approval before the start of each month. You review, request changes, and approve. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.
